You have multiple application options: online via our website, through email, or by dropping it off at our office. Our specialist will guide you through the process, using your preferred communication channels like texts and emails. As we review your application and conduct background checks, your room will be held for you. We’re also available to schedule tours, whether in person or virtual, to suit your schedule.

While our apartment comes fully furnished, you have the option to bring your own items if they meet the requirements.
Parking spaces are limited, but you can add your name to the waitlist when all parking spots are occupied.
Roommate policy is dependent on each building. Please contact us, but you are more than welcome to invite your guest to your private room 2 times a week.
Yes, all the Bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
Although we love animals, in our Irolo apartment, accommodations for tenants with proper documented animal-support needs may be granted permission to have pets.
